Positano Cuisine

The Pesci Carpaccio at Bruno’s. A unique dish to the region, it is a delicious antipasti with lightly marinated pieces of the catch of the day.

We also met the owner of a romantic dinner spot called Next2. The dishes were fresh with local ingredients and unique combinations. We tried zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, delicious eggplant parmigiana, and fried pizza. If you are on a budget, sacrifice a trattoria or two and eat here instead.
